Scoutflow

Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using Scoutflow responsibly and explain the service's limits.

Effective September 19, 2026

Using Scoutflow

These terms govern access to Scoutflow, including its hosted CRM, local application, browser extension, AI features, and backup integrations. By using Scoutflow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

  • Access is invitation-only unless Scoutflow states otherwise. You must provide accurate account information and protect your password and API tokens.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
  • The owner may suspend or revoke access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or discontinue an account.

Acceptable use

You must use Scoutflow lawfully and respect platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual property, and anti-spam requirements.

  • Do not use Scoutflow for unlawful surveillance, deception, harassment, spam, or unauthorized collection of personal information.
  • Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or attempt to obtain another user's data.
  • The extension assists with user-directed CRM actions. You remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms and for reviewing actions before taking them.

Your data and integrations

You retain ownership of content you add to Scoutflow. You grant Scoutflow the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that content to integrations you choose so the service can operate.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and contact prospects. Third-party services such as OpenAI, Google, LinkedIn, and email providers have separate terms. Their availability, outputs, and policies are outside Scoutflow's control.

AI features

AI-generated research, scores, and messages may be incomplete or incorrect. They are drafts and decision-support tools, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. You must review outputs before relying on or sending them and must not use AI features to make prohibited or solely automated high-impact decisions.

Service availability

Scoutflow is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party failures may interrupt access. You should maintain appropriate exports or backups of important CRM data. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scoutflow is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Scoutflow and Verthscale are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, AI outputs, outreach activity, or data loss.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Scoutflow at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. We may update these terms as the service develops; continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
